Assistant Manager (PT/FT)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our front‐of‐house team at Silo Coffee. What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a speciality café or similar hospitality environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and mentor a diverse team.
Exceptional customer service focus and the ability to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Familiarity with day‐to‐day café operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory control.
Basic financial acumen: understanding how KPIs work and the importance of sticking to them.
Hands‐on attitude—comfortable stepping in to assist with barista duties, food service, and general FOH tasks as needed.
Experience conducting staff training on coffee standards, customer service, and POS systems.
Strong organizational skills: managing shift rotas, stock orders, and maintenance schedules.
Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and occasional evenings.
German language skills preferred (for liaising with suppliers, guests, and local authorities).
