Barista (PT)

  • We are looking for an experienced Barista person to join our team on a part time or full time basis. What we're looking for:
    - Experience working with speciality coffee.
    - High volume coffee production.
    - Latte art skills.
    - Available on weekends.

Assistant Manager (PT/FT)

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our front‐of‐house team at Silo Coffee. What we’re looking for:

    • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a speciality café or similar hospitality environment.

    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and mentor a diverse team.

    • Exceptional customer service focus and the ability to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.

    • Familiarity with day‐to‐day café operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory control.

    • Basic financial acumen: understanding how KPIs work and the importance of sticking to them.

    • Hands‐on attitude—comfortable stepping in to assist with barista duties, food service, and general FOH tasks as needed.

    • Experience conducting staff training on coffee standards, customer service, and POS systems.

    • Strong organizational skills: managing shift rotas, stock orders, and maintenance schedules.

    • Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and occasional evenings.

    • German language skills preferred (for liaising with suppliers, guests, and local authorities).
